Circus: Aerial in the Park
Over the last few years, I've worked with a lot of different performers, many with a circus background. The industry is both physically and mentally demanding; circus performers constantly push the limits of the human body. Anybody in the arts will tell you just how important it is to have up-to-date photos and head-shots to get more work. Last Friday I did a shoot in Bushy Park with four aerialists to help boost their portfolios. Three of the girls (Jenny, Serena & Elisabetta) had come through Aircraft Circus's intensive foundation course, whereas Michaela has been performing for slightly longer. As you can imagine, I fired off quite a few photos over the course of the afternoon so here are some of my highlights...
